Historic palazzi

A portfolio of restored Italian palaces and residences.

Overview

Beyond the flagship venues, the D'Anna family owns and manages a portfolio of historic Italian palaces — from Napoleon's Villa del Ferlaro to Palazzo Vivante and Palazzo Valmarana Braga.

The group's heritage portfolio spans some of Italy's most significant residences: Napoleon's 17th-century Villa del Ferlaro near Parma, Palazzo Vivante in Trieste, Palazzo Valmarana Braga in Vicenza, and residences across Bari, Bologna, Milan, Naples, Rome, Turin and beyond. The family was also a founding funder of the restoration of Genoa's Teatro Carlo Felice.
